The union cabinet committee has been indicated to shut down public places till May 15. This will be applied to malls, educational institutions and worship places as well. A report by the committee also has been handed over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A video conference that was chaired by the Prime Minister with the various party leaders of the Parliament will be crucial today. The lockdown that is still going on in the country will be withdrawn based on the stand taken by the centre, states have the right to loosen up the restrictions were imposed.
