Mumbai special court on Monday convicted an Arabic teacher who has assaulting a student at mosque. The incident took in 2018. At that time the victim was studying in fourth standard , would attend the Arabic classes at a nearby mosque after school. She has alleged that the teacher inappropriately touches her body after sending back all the students home. The teacher had threatened the student that , if she is revealing this to her mother he would kill her mother. However, the girl mustered the courage and told her friends in school. Later they informed the class teacher about the perpetrator and the class teacher rings the parents and immediately took the victim to the mosque. Then the victim identified the perpetrator in the Arabic class room, a case was registered and trail began. After with the real evidence court confirmed that the Arabic teacher sexually assaulted the student and awarded 6 years of imprisonment.
