Visually challenged women robbed of Lottery tickets: Cheats her second time

A visually challenged women being cheated by a biker that her lottery tickets had bought for sale were robbed.

The victim is   identified as Lisy George who sells lottery daily  on the wayside. The incident took at 8 in the morning on P P Road  in   between Onamkulam and Meprathupadi.

A biker  who approached Lisy and asking her how much for tickets and then grabbed the bunch of tickets from under pretext  of seeing it and take away with it.

Lisy said she could not identify the culprit. The robbed tickets included 122 lottery tickets worth Rs 4800.

Lottery sale is the only daily bread for Lisy who is living on a Puramboke land. This is for the second time that Lisy is duping.

Six months ago another person had robbed her of tickets in same way. This time, however, the police have been informed.

After knowing the event, Meprathupadi Thundathil Agencies owner Raju Thundathil who reached the  spot , gave Rs 4000 to Lisy for buying new tickets.
